    This is a classic, and a very all-encompassing way of operating your business. I do believe there are other methods that are more efficient, but haven’t seen any that are proven to be more effective.

    this book was great! the idea of the manager, technician, and entrepreneur was gsme changing for me. this is a great read for an entrepreneur who feels stuck. i also love that the narrator is the author! thats always the best!

    Part 1 of the book was brilliant. I loved how the author explained the three personalities - the Entrepreneur, the Manager and the Technician - and why it is essential to have a balanced of the three for your business to be successful. As a professional and someone who aspires to own a business I realized that my personalities are not balanced either. I also loved his description of the concept of growing a business from infancy to adolescence to maturity.
